Latest navigation course details

We've added another three weekend navigation training courses so that they now run over the summer and into September.

The dates for the next courses are:

27th - 28th September, Grassmere, Lake District, Cumbria.

These courses are priced from £90 for the two day course and for further savings group discounts are available. Take a look at our Navigation training page for more information.

Duke of Edinburgh's Award

We are now arranging our Duke of Edinburgh's Award work for the 2008 - 2009 school year. Lupine Adventure can run the complete expedition part of The Award for your group. If you would like more information then please get in touch or take a look at our Duke of Edinburgh's award pages.

Rock Climbing: 1 Day Taster Courses

Always wanted to try rock climbing? Looking for a safe and exciting introduction to the sport. Look no further.

We have the course to suit you.

Saturday 6 September: Lake District, Cumbria.

Saturday 13 September: Snowdonia, North Wales.

Wall to Rock Climbing: 2 Day Course

Confident climbing on an indoor wall? Want to make the transition to climbing on rock? We offer two days instruction with our experienced rock climbing instructors.

Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th September: Peak District.

Other News

AALA license granted 17 June 2008

Today we have received our License from the Adventure Activities Licensing Authority (part of the Health and Safety Executive). This license is necessary for us to be able to work with under 18's. It means that we have had our safety procedures and risk assessments checked by the Adventure Activities Licensing Service.

It has benefits for all our clients as we operate the same safety procedures whoever hires us. It also means that we can display the following logo and text on our website.

Cat in Trail Magazine

Lupine Adventure's Cat Forster features in Trail Magazine as their expert giving advise in their mountain navigation feature. This follows on from Cat being chosen to deliver a course in mountain navigation to one of their competition winners earlier this year.

Co-operative Group funding won

We are extremely happy to announce that the Co-operative group have seen fit to award us £20 000 of funding. With this cash injection we will be able to equip the co-operative with the tools required for us to move into outdoor education work with under 18's.
